I like the speedometer look on top of 156! Lots of people using speedometer as it's obvious given my brief request for "speed." Can you add a needle to it to make it look more like one? And I'd need it to start red on the left and move to black on the right (companies move from being "in the red" to "in the black."

Sure, here is my idea how we could add a needle to it in a nice and subtle way: #158, #159. I hope you like it.

I like it, but it's so subtle, I almost didn't see it. :) Could you round the speedometer on top and make the needle bigger?

I do miss having the gold in it...hmmmm

Ok, here is another attempt: #160, #161. This time I made the needle more prominent, and also added gold between red and black. I didn't want to make the speedometer round as it would be to close to the existing entry currently ranked as 1, and also because the rounded version is the most common one. I'm awaiting your thoughts. Thanks

I like it a lot! Can you make the needle not look like it's part of the letter C?

Could you also try it with Laura in RED and Stack in BLACK, rather than a gradient?

Also the tag line font is a bit "thick," so it's slightly hard to read.
