Re #3: highest vote getter in the house, like the gold 3-d image.

Re #1: looks great, symbol has an illusion to a handshake, which is critical in building the network.

Re #2: what does the symbol represent?

Perhaps an image of a gear would provide a connection to industrial manufacturing.

#2 - with this abstract mark i was trying to picture "innovative solutions". It's combo of eye shape and arrows pointing two directions.
