We like the colors you chose and your design of the tilted icon box with a straight "L". We also like the two submissions that use all caps as oppose to the two in lower case. Liking the shapes you used, we would be interested to see the full word "Lateral" encompassed by an offset square, with the emphasized L. So basically a logo that takes what you did with the smaller icon "L" and extends that to the full word "Lateral".
#183 is a great design that incorporates both the iconic "L" integrated with the word "Lateral". We like how the black in the L makes it stand out, but not too much to take away from the rest of the word. We also like how the square box around the "L" is tilted, and offset a bit draw additional attention.
