Earth tones preferred (think of the colors of wood, neutral paint tones, rocks) - may like the idea of our company initials or name etched in stone or carved into something (to sympolize "lasting impression"). Don't want the letters to be too heavy or bold (not like carving roman numerals into a column), prefer more artsy or scrip-like letters, especially if initials are going to be incorporated into the design. I kind of like the idea of an abstract rectangle that would represent a house (perhaps made of stone) with the initials " L" and " I" dividing the house into quadrants. I saw a similar logo selected by a realtor, but I don't know if I'm permitted to disclose the realtor's name. I'll check with Logo Tournament and if this is permitted, I'll post another comment.
