This is cool! we'd love to see some variants as there was some feedback that it is too busy.
Perhaps without the white chevron at the bottom or the Wisconsin icon.

I'd also love to see a version that doesn't have the background, just the elements that are circled in Markup1 -- including the lines next to construction.
