Land & Water Engineering Science, Inc.Logo Design Contest

In our abstract or pictoral logo concept we want to capture the shape of the land in green to present sustainability ( no need to show vegetation) please note that we design roads and land development projects and the shape of water in blue to represent water resources, but I want to stay away from water drop shape, please note that water can take may forms such as streams, reservoirs... I uploaded another logo from another firm that depicts water in a very abtract form and has the color of red white and blue representing American for the name of the firm. We are looking for something simple yet effective, that captures the name of our firm in green and blue. Please note that the attachment is only for reference purposes.
