Hi! This is our favorite design so far.

1) The water drop is great, no further comments.

2) Could you remove the veins from the leaf? Sorry, we actually prefer it without!

3) Could you revert the rice fields to the way they appeared in the previous version (curved)? That actually appears as a more accurate representation of rice paddies in Laos.

4) Could you send a version with the brown slightly darker?

I think it will be easiest to deal with the Lao language via email after the competition ends, so we'll just select a winner for the sake of the competition and then continue to refine with the language offline.

Hi! Our team has reviewed all the logos and likes this version best. We're wondering about the colors -- can you try to change the dark green to a darker brown again, that's less orange than the previous one? Additionally, could you send a version that has the leaf color changed to a darker green?

As for the imagery in the three sections, could you try to increase the size of the white part of the water droplet and perhaps adjust the shading so it's more evident that it's water? And could we see what it looks like with two small leaf veins on either side of the leaf divide?

For the land section, we're wondering if it could look like a rice paddy, which you could achieve by adding one perpendicular line across each of the fields.

With the text, we're trying to send the vector document with the Lao wording, but we can send that via email if it doesn't work on the site. We work in both English and Lao and so would like a version with English on top and Lao in the bottom, and a second one with Lao on top and English in the bottom.

Hi, we uploaded a file with two styles of Lao language, but a different line style. We're not sure if the file type is correct, since the computer it was made on has Adobe Illustrator, but the computer we uploaded it with does not. Please let us know if this is not correct and we can upload it with the original computer.

Hi! Thank you, we like this text layout better. Could you see if "Land Information Learning Center" fits where "LILC" is currently? If so, we'd like to keep the full name.

Instead of a message icon, could you see if you can integrate words into the shape of droplet? (Something like this: https://danieloreilly36.files.wordpress.com/2011/10/elephant1.jpg) For instance, things like "Laos" "natural resource" "village" "agriculture" "rice" "rights" "farming" "gender". We also have the Lao text to send you as a vector file; do you have an email we can send it to?

Hi, we like the color scheme here. Could you make the text black and reduce the thickness? Because the logo should represent both land issues and information/learning, can you try to incorporate some "information" imagery in one of the three droplets? (Ideally the one that is currently water.) Additionally, because we will be putting both English and Lao languages in the logo, could you change the text back to the way it was in logo 99, and change the "land is life" in that logo to "LILC"? We can then send you the name of our center in Lao, which will take the place of the "Land Information Learning Center" text in this logo.

About the translation can you send it in vector format? I´ve tried to translate on web and grab a Lao font online, but they don´t really work. If you wish and if it´s easier for you to see this part after the contest is complete, it´s okay for me. I will give you support on the future so do not worrie.

The blocks with the acronym, i can´t really use because was used already by a designer. Just to explain, usually when designers submit the same concept as another designer, they open Logo Court system we have on this website and my design will be removed from this contest, that´s why i want to avoid this. Really hope you understaind. You can read on one of the last line here:

My third comment is this: the logo is for use in Laos. Therefore, we need to have both an English logo and a Lao language logo. In what format do we need to send you the Lao language in order for you to insert into the logo?

we would also like to see the logo with a smaller image, the same size words to the right, but with the acronym LILC in separate blocks just below the image. In some cases, we may use only the image and the acronym, so we will the logo to be created in several forms if possible

We really like the logo. However, can you please play around with the color a little. For example, put the words 'Land' and 'Center' in Blue, 'Information' in Green, and 'Learning' in brown. Please play with other color combinations also

About the 2º idea, i see another designers done this before. And we designers can´t use other designer ideas, respecting them for being 1st, hope you understaind.

This looks really nice. Please try a new variation, like this: 1) Take out the words 'Land is Life'. 2) Put the four words (Land, Information, Learning, Center) on different lines (stacked on top of each other, with left justification), 3) Make the logo bigger to match the words. That's one idea. The other idea is to do the same thing, but also include LILC in colorful blocks that match the logo below the the logo. Thanks!
