I still like #181 the most of your designs, I like how it is simple and looks very "signature" Personal and non commercial. Can you give me maybe some slight changes to this similar design? Maybe with the S itself as well as something other than that windows. Some other color scheme options would be good too. Thanks!

Sure thing! I've upped three versions with slightly different colors in the 'real estate group'.

I actually like both the darker and the original one. One thing I need some help with is background colors with this concept, this logo will be on things like my for sale signs, marketing material, business cards, website, envelops, etc. If you could give me some good background color options so we can see how it would look that would be great.

I've uploaded some versions on solid backgrounds. You don't need to worry about this though, since slight color changes can place the logo on practically any surface of any color.

I am still trying to decide if the logo portion of this concept is going to work or not, I like it because its simple although I still would like any other different variations you may think of, either staying with the S design or adding other touches to resemble real estate also. The other design with the circle around the S I do like... it just looks a little to busy to me. Thanks for all the work!

Andrei, quick update! can you give me #187 with the S a solid color and make that style S with the same paint brush effect? I am just looking to define the S a little more but still keep the custom feel. Thanks!

Done. I've added the brush effect on the S in #187. Had to change it a bit, but it turned out fine. Let me know if you need further tweaking.

I'm struggling a bit with the "S" portion of the logo. I like the "signature/ brush stroke" feel to it but am not sold on the shape and/or structure. It's difficult because I cant quite put my finger on exactly I want changed but would really appreciate some more variations of the S itself.
