Great start and our favorite so far! Consider limiting the amount of colors, reducing the character spacing in "Lakes", and experimenting with different (perhaps bolder?) fonts. Thanks!
Great work. Perhaps consider bringing in the character spacing in "L A K E S", and instead using lines on either side. Also maybe experiment with making the logo look more "old timey" and traditional. Maybe a softer font like the one described below? Thanks!

Also, large text is important so do not be afraid to separate the text from your illustration. Maybe experiment with placing the text to the right? Thanks!
