What We Do
This is for a high end residential community in West Lake, Austin, Texas.
Industry
Color Preferences
nothing too bright. We like colors that exhibit class, sophistication, prestige.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
It should have a contemporary hill-country vibe. sophisticated, contemporary, southern/hill-country, cozy, family-centered, and pocket of prestige. We are looking for something that will become an icon of the community and after time, recognizable by Austin residents.
This guardhouse will feature lanterns, so we wouldn't mind seeing lanterns in the logo. (see attached) This community is NOT by the water. We don't want a literal water's edge interpretation of this.
The logo will for be placed at our feature wall, possibly on columns or at the guardhouse, on trailhead signage, builder websites/marketing materials, and in a logo box on our street signage.
What we are really wanting is something that reflects our contemporary hill-country vibe; gives you a feel of the place being not only upscale, but tranquil and someone’s home retreat; is a recognizable icon that can be used in various facets
