Laderas de San Miguel is a real state development for low income housing in Monterrey, Mexico. Laderas means hillsides in spanish, and San Miguel is also spanish for the archangel Saint Michael. The development consists of 2000 2 bedroom houses contemporaneous style and it is in a low income zone in the city suburbs. Clients usually buy this housed through subsidized financial government programs. Although it is in the outskirts of the city It is easily accesible with public transportation and big avenues.
