What We Do
We are a discount real estate brokerage that aims to help our home sellers save money in real estate commissions when they sell their home. We are all about providing options to our clients who might not otherwise want to hire a traditional full service Realtor to sell their home. We offer flat fee MLS only listings but also offer full service packages starting at 3.5%. We recently expanded our services and also work with home buyers as well. Our target audience is potential home buyers and sellers in LaCrosse Wisconsin. We are a small and nimble company (only 1 agent 3 years ago) but continue to grow the past few years (5 agents on staff now).

Color Preferences
Our current color scheme is maroon/white/black, but we'd be open to changing it if we really fell in love with the new logo. We've considered something more modern like lime green/blue, but like I said, are flexible and open to viewing different color options.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We would like to incorporate the beauty of our area into the logo yet tie in the housing aspect of our business. We are located right on the Mississippi River, so we've considered the river and bridges in our area (please see attached logo...we liked how the bridges also had a "house like" feel to them), but a lot of businesses in our area incorporate the river, so we feel like that could be overused and might not make our logo stand out as much. We have also considered the bluffs in our area, our historic downtown, as well as trees/nature. Our city was also named after the game of Lacrosse, so that's an option as well. The focus on our business is helping people save money, so we've considered trying to incorporate that aspect as well.
Also, maybe as an alternative direction, we are curious about a modern, simple logo that has no imagery but rather uses initials LBO and then smaller font of La Crosse By Owner. Or LBO then smaller font of real estate or realty. Thanks!
