Labor Supply BusinessLogo Design Contest

We are a group of labor some supply companies (Home Helpers, nannies, baby sitters drivers etc)
We are based in 4 countries.
We are looking for one logo to be used for all companies together.
The logo should show universality (worldwide) and should be easily attachable to different names underneath the logo.
I want to see the logo with the name
"Noor Labour Recruitment"
Under it or besides it.
The logo will have to incorporate some labor elements like house help "dishwasher, "brush" or something like this.
also some HANDS as in helping hands. Get creative guys.
