What We Do
La Taquera is a food truck selling tacos, means "female taco maker" and in Spanish rhymes with Vaquera which is the "female cowboy"

Color Preferences
we are trying to give a female vibe to the food truck, so a combination of soft colors is more than welcome, and do to the Mexican nature of the concept, some soft colors of the Mexican flag might combine.
