#10 - are you intending to have the design cast in metal? It might be useful for you to see this design with some shading to give an impression of three dimensionality. Let me know what you think - any feedback is welcome.
Hi,sorry I was out for a few days but I am asking for 3 extra contest days so please make appropriate changes as follow:
1) Yes, it is supposed to be cast in metal so please have shading if possible, i really like your design but i dont like the boar it should look fierce maybe a lateral design would be better 2) i like the ducks and the police 3) for the boar add larger teeth it should be mean
please remove colors please remove the points under la reziere and add some wheat as on other logos i like it, to make it more elegant please add shading to show 3D i like the duck please make the boar look mmore elgant; if possible: looks good; much better but not perfect yet
#38 & #39 - I have made some slight changes to the boar, but it is tricky to make it more elegant while still being fierce and mean. I have not put the wheat in as requested as another designer has used wheat already, and he or she would be likely to take me to Logo Court if I used wheat as well. As alternatives, #38 has some decorative swirls like you see on engraved firearms, or #39 looks OK without anything in that space. What size will these pins be eventually? I ask ask because there must be a limit to how much detail can be achieved with the moulds for cast metal.
Hi, understood. I love the design but I am still not convinced with the board design, does not look real enough for me or close to reality. The pin will be about 2 cm diameter. thanksif you can do anything
Hi, I really do like the design but somehow the board doesnt work, could you submit other type of designs for this animal? i really like the duck though as well as the overall design
Actually spoke to my shareholders, and they love your design the best!
I would like a few options:
1) A bit more elegant, dont forget it is a Pins which will be cast in metal so the space behind the boar will most probably be empty, someshading might indicate best the 3D 2) The duck is absolutely perfect 3) The boar is all right but i would like to see more options.I love the large teeth lets work around that. Maybe another design of boar?I dont know to be honest I just would like to see more options.
Maybe a 3/4 or face profile but teeth should be proeminent. I am not sure i might be looking for a more elegant boar looking fierce. Honestly my friends like the design already but would like to see more options.Thank you
#46, #47 & #48 - some more options. #46 & #47 are the same apart from the border cut away and the boar and duck overlapping the edge in #47. The boar doesn't look so fierce now but I could change that.
1) on #46, please try to make the boar more fierce if possible 2) on # 46 too please put black color behind the duckand the boar since it will be empty (cast in metal). Try to put this as well without changing the boar to see.
Could we also maybe try to engrave somehow the edges on 3D to make it more elegant? Maybe plants, or ivy or english guns platines (holland and holland or purdey style) etc.
#49 & #50 - more fierce-looking boars and a black/pierced background. My entry #38 was an attempt at an engraved look - I think if there was anything more complicated than that it might be a problem to reproduce on the actual pin. I've got another idea I will try.
on # 46 too please put black color behind the duckand the boar since it will be empty (cast in metal). Try to put this as well without changing the boar to see.
#56 - a version of #46 with a black background. Have you decided that you prefer everything to be within a circle? The other idea I had involves more overlapping of the circle.
Hi enzo, am pretty sure you ll win but would like to see more contrast on duck and boar on #46 and would also like to see some overlapping which i really like. thanks
Maybe also include engravings like we find on gun platines (check holland and holland or purdey guns) this should give you an idea. It might bring some elegance
#71 & #72 - versions of #63 & #62 without the engraving. These two are very similar - different typefaces are the main difference. #73 - with the boar and duck larger.
