Is there any thought behind your design on the entry #39,38,74?
or is it just abstract?

Yes, obviously there.
Part of the letter "K" formed in such a way in a circle, with the blue fraction by the dashed lines above (with the intention of entering into something), which defines import.
Fractional black color, with a dotted line below (with the intention of something out) that defines export.
Thus, iconic design has a hidden meaning. And not just abstract.
