Led by Kristi and Garrett Ganske, the brand is built on a foundation of high-touch service, community trust, and deep market expertise. These are male and female couples ranging in age from 25-55 years old, with or without kids, that have grown out of their current home or our looking to move into a new home that better meets their current needs. These sellers and buyers are often referred to as “step-up buyers”.
