Kranenberg & McCarthy PCLogo Design Contest

#1 - I am not looking for a tiger or 'animal' to be in their logo, but wanted to let you know that their firm is a 'tiger and pitbull'. Tiger is elegant and sophisticated while a pitbull is a hard worker who doesn't care how it gets done, but gets it done.

#2 - any other variations you can create?

#7 - #9 - I like the symbol, any chance you can do a darker blue to show 'strength'?

#10 - I think this is my favorite yet

#11 & #12 - I like the mark, I see the 'm', but I don't see the 'k'

Surprise with me with a color combination you think this logo should be. My client believes gold, black and white are the cats' meow, but surprise me with something different.

Also, everything looks the same above. I mean there are 1000s of attorney firms that use their initials for their logo, so i feel like it's already been done.

#15 & #16 - love both, they display strength and simplicity

#20, #21, & #29 - I sort of like the mark, but not my favorite

#25 & #27 - I like the diamond, but not the & symbol

#21 and #8 - I like the idea of a mark with their name and not just the name and a "KM". I think the client will say "I could have come up with a KM logo..."

#15 to me still seems the strongest because of a balance between name and KM symbol.

Client will decide out of the top 20 logos.

I do like the strength displayed by logos #15 and #16, however, I'm looking for another option that does not involve a K or an M design at all. Give me a name layout and a mark that will knock the clients socks off. I put #13 and #31 at the top because I like the "shield" look and I understand how it relates to the law, but give me a couple of new 'fresh' ideas to give to the client. I like the layout of #21 but dislike the mark.

Thanks for all the submissions. I will be meeting with client this week to make final decision. Since this was my first time with logo tournament, was there anything that I could have provided to make designing easier?

Dear CH,
When the contest is in judging if you want to ask for changes for any designer you need to put that designer ranked first.... just the first ranked designer can send new versions of the logo.... you can switch anytime between designers and ask for the changes
