This is much better, but i don't like the single eye.

I’d really love to make new ideas if I had more direction. Thought you were liking them except the eyes. I know I can make a sinister look. Thank you

Still too cartoonish, Kraken should have 8 tentacles and be more of a monster than a biologically correct octopus or squid

Can you describe what kind of eye would be right? With your help I can make this perfect.

Excellent concept, just needs a grey background and some white. Use less black.
