Slogan

Helping landlords place tenants in the homes of their dreams

What We Do

We offer low-interest, 12-month loans to tenants. The loan lets us make rent payments directly to the landlord. This lets the landlord rent his or her property worry-free and it also helps the tenant live in a better home. We have 3 target audiences. In order of priority: (1) small landlords who rent houses or apartments, (2) tenants who want to live in them, and (3) potential investors who want to invest in our company.

Color Preferences

I'm unsure about the best colors. We're conducting a branding exercise at the same time, so the logo will likely inform the colors.

Currently, we're leaning towards Blues, Greens, and Oranges, but we're flexible.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

Kodi is Swahili for rent.
Fi is short for financial.

Our product has two key concepts:
(1) no need to worry for the landlord. They'll receive their payments, guaranteed.
(2) moving into a dream home for the tenant. This could be a house or an apartment. The tenant also needs less cash to move into the home.

I want to inspire comfort but also action. It would be nice to remind folks of feeling safe and secure, and that could be through a home or building, but I'm very flexible.
