Can we see a version of this without the blue background? The logo will be placed on various colors, such as white, and would not be as versatile without the blue background.
No problem, I was planning to show you how it looks on white and I also think shape makes it really easy for magnets, stickers, appointment cards. I will put examples up for you this morning.
Can you conceive of a more playful version, without infringing upon #93? A version that could go hand-in-hand with this one, but catering to children. We love the logo, but our only concern is that it is too much like a political sign. Not saying that's a bad thing, but our logo will also be going on kids' t-shirts we distribute, and other kids' marketing promo materials.
#101 is one way to make the logo more for kids. If you wanted the adult version and the kid version that is no problem for me, it is same logo with different font and slight tweak. I have another idea or two coming up.
Do you like the idea of sun or flower in the O? I'm trying to do something different that doesn't look like child figure that has already been submitted.
Definitely like it. Part of what I was going for with this contest is a logo that could be malleable, a la Google, and the sunflower logo showed how it could be done. For example, in the future I wanted to update our Facebook page with different logos depending on the seasons/holidays, and with the sunflower you showed how it could be done. Great job.
Thanks for making the K and H matching, it was worth a look, but it definitely looks a little strange, so going to stick with #46.
After the contest maybe we can discuss some freelance work to play around with the logo and create different variations.
That sounds great, updating for seasons like a wreath, maybe beach ball for summer, star burst for July 4. Really fun, and for web it could also be in colors. Glad you like it and would be happy to work with you further.
