I'd like to see green, black or white, but that's probably because I'm thinking that the logo will end up as a tree. I'd be open to any colors that lend themselves to a logo which represents this company brand well.

The Koa is a tree indigenous to Hawaii, the location of this business. The owner of the business indicated that he would like a tree in the logo to signify strength.
