#170 , a new concept, those are the heads of four executive people with ties under neath their heads. the icon has the 2 colors in the name " KMRM " to show the contrast.

this is a more corporate / solid look.

#171 , another concept, its four people ( their heads showing ) sitting around a table ( meeting ) / also this abstract can be seen like 4 people, connecting together through their put up arms.
