I designed this mark against black so the little 5 key piano illusion in the middle would work best. The 3 white keys cut out by the 2 black keys make the 'E' on the end of 'Kiddie' and it places the piano almost perfectly centered in the mark. The body of the piano slightly cuts out the 'K' on 'Keys' to finish of the piano shape. I added a few highlights on the black keys to make them shine and for the piano to sort of appear there in the shadows as if a distance light source is catching just the keys.

Two fun little characters made of 5 key pianos. A boy and a girl, with a variety of colors represented.

I used a musical note in place of the 'dd' on 'Kiddie' and converted it then into eyes. The 'y' on 'Keys' becomes a mouth and nose, and a fun face is complete, along side a small representation of a keyboard in mulit-colors. The face is supposed to show fun and laughter.

A row of piano keys running vertically gives each word it's 'E', the keys appear to go on in both direction. I used blue keys in the middle so the 'E' shows up better and then fade them out to white keys on the ends. Pink can be brought in, or other colors to show that it is fun for both boys and girls.

Same as my 4th entry, only this one features a face, made up of the 'DD' and a small smile. Almost has a feel of a small hand on the keys with how the 'K' in 'Keys' touch the edges of a few of them. Also done in blue but could easily be created in any fun color.

This one I wish i had had more time to expand on, b/c the concept I think is one of the stronger concepts. Computer learning was one of the things wanting to be commuincated with the logo mark, so I thought it would be clever to bring in a piano keyboard in place of a computer keyboard. I do feel it has a little work yet before it pops, but the concept is there to think on. I would like to maybe try one without the mouse and maybe put the words on the screen so the logo is more compact and focuses on the keyboard and monitor.
