Yes, consider adding cap, diploma, books, etc that signifies learning. The logo attached is the logo for Keystone Quality, LLC (consulting group), but branching into training.

Would like to use the word "Institute" as a Academy is overused, unless you feel that another word is better.

Thinking LOGO then "Institute" next to it.
Logo should signify the education piece.
