Like the idea of the lily pad. Wonder if you could try two things:

1. Can you illustrate the lily pad or use a more stylized (less graphic)
2. What about incorporating the lily pad into the name itself...maybe negative (white) K over a green lily pad or outlined lily pad behind the K?
