Our Ideas & Additional Information
Kensei literally means 'sword saint' in Japanese (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kensei). In order to be a master swordsman you need to be disciplined, keep it simple, and focus on results and continuous improvement. This is the same approach needed in order to master Sales. We had this contest before and used the hilt of the sword but it looked too much like a female anatomy part so we have to start over. this time we want to use the handle of the sword. if you type in 'samurai sword handle' into google images you'll see what we want to use. there will be three partners in our new company. we thought of using the diamonds in the handle as a representation of the three of us. so, one options we would like to see is the handle (up until the metal sword) lying vertically to the left of Kensei Partners with 'Kensei' above 'Partners.' Another option we would like to see is a section of the handle with three diamonds sitting vertically next to Kensei Partners with 'Kensei' above 'Partners.' The font of Kensei Partners needs to be simple and straight. the handle can be black with blue diamonds or whatever. any other creative thoughts would be much appreciated.

yeah, sorry to everyone who worked on the other one. we just got too many comments (mainly from dudes) about what came to mind when they saw the symbol. Rediculous but too many to ignore....

No I meant strange that you should drop the price from the original $400 down to $350 for this one.

regarding the price...we're a true start up with a tight budget and this time we have more clarity on what we're looking for so it should be easier to come to a conclusion and give direction.

Really? I thought your last contest had more than enough direction in it as in 'it must be this specific graphic' etc. Oh well, whatever… if putting up $50 less in this one means that much to your company then who am I to argue. Don't forget though your logo is your companies face and it pays to invest wisely. Good luck with the contest.

Something is rather suspect about the top designs - they are awful. If i, or 'thinx' realized you wanted less quality I'm sure we could have delivered. Good luck with all you do, thanks for the opportunity anyhow.
