Kenny Koza Design + BuildLogo Design Contest

This logo will be for a design and construction company that does both residential and commercial projects. Both new builds and renovations. Involved in the aspects of planning, consulting, designing, and building. Target audience is located in higher end luxury area.

Black and white, clean. Maybe a touch of blue.

Using personal name to provide the accountability and trustworthiness of individual's reputation. Therefore, want the name Kenny Koza to be the focal point. Design + Build should also be a part of the logo, though lesser, maybe beneath. The words Design and Build can be separated using any symbol that ties them together. A design can be made out of the initial K, or KK for Kenny Koza, but name should also be included. Any use of picture or imagery should be minimal, clean, want the words on signage to be main focus.
