Colour scheme is heading in the right direction. In #9, I don't like how the second line starts with "and" This tends to make "and Consulting" look like it has second rate importance. In #7, I can see the idea of roads leading off into the distance - but this is more a civil engineering/road building concept. In #9, the KKK could be construed to mean Klu Klux Klan - not exactly the message I want to get across! The inverted arrow in #8 could have merit - digging down.
