Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design.
~~ When you provide feedback to designers, you increase the chances of getting the logo you want. More feedback = better results!

Client

I think a more subtle hint of Hawaiian influence is better or none at all. (i.e. No over-the-top palm trees, etc.) We are appealing to the locals as our customers, so the logo should not have a "touristy" feel to it. Also, I may want to use the logo as a sign on the outside of the building, so really overcomplicated designs may not work well for that.
