Find out how LogoTournament works How LogoTournament works Contest Logo Design Brief Edit Client Jonathan Katsiris Canada What We Do We are real estate professionals offering services to buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Industry Real Estate Color Preferences gold or black and white or grayscale. Our primary desire in a logo is one that is somewhat versatile across printed media. However it will be primarily used in magazine print, letterheads, appraisal documentation, business cards, etc. Our Ideas & Additional Information We are willing to look at submitted work that steps outside the usual boundary for logos designed for this specific purpose. However the more traditional looking logos may be better accepted by the general public (just our opinion). We are a professional Real Estate team with over 10 years of experience, our clients trust us with $400,000-$2,500,000 of their hard earned money. We simply want a logo that is clean, looks as good gold or in B&W/grayscale. NOTE: We are not picky what-so-ever in reference to the "style or concept" of the logo. We will take ALL submissions into consideration and appreciate the hard work of graphic designers. It is astounding that such creativity can come from our vague request of what it is we're hoping for in a logo design. Thank you all for your submissions, and we look forward to the next 72 hours. 11 years ago Jonathan Katsiris Client We just discarded a bunch of excellent entries because we're now at the point where we need to focus more on the name and how the logo portrays our name. We are moving away from logos including or strongly-suggesting housing as it can be mistaken that we are home-builders, which we are not. 11 years ago Jonathan Katsiris Client We'd like to see the logos now in your own unique versions of grayscale, accenting gray where you see fit. This will help us determine which logos will be versitle across media like, B&W copiers, fax, etc. We love the gold accented logos, thats what we want for all our magazine print and billboards, but as the logos are currently not ours to play with we'd prefer you (the designers) to show us what they will look like when they go to print in grayscale applications. 11 years ago Jonathan Katsiris Client After speaking to our team, and talking with you guys the designers I believe we are now firm on gold and black as our colour scheme. We know the 'effect' will be lost once it gets printed in any B&W publication, etc but for magazine use, high-resolution business cards, and web use we can be assured that the colour logo will look excellent. Perhaps maybe dark-navy and gold would also be acceptable, we'd be interested to see how a logo would turn out with that colour scheme. 11 years ago Jonathan Katsiris Client Amazing work by all! Thank you for your efforts. We're close... 11 years ago Jonathan Katsiris Client Thank you to ALL designers who submitted their work, it was all excellent and top-notch. A special thank you to those designers who had the patience to work with us to find/tweak the design we desired. 11 years ago
