Sorry for the delayed reply in feedback - we are finding it hard to keep up!!
Although we haven't ranked your current designs in the top 10 we really appreciate the high quality of your work. We feel your designs have a simplicity, boldness and strength about them, which we like. It's just that the designs submitted so far were not quite what we are looking for.
Currently we are leaning towards a combination of straight and curved lines, with an emphasis on the masculine.
Also as you can see we are liking the golds, browns, greys and maroon colours best.
We would love to see some further designs from you if you are inclined.
Hi thanks for your abundance of alternative designs - we appreciate your effort.
The twin stick letter form marks deviate from the simplicity we prefer. We like the letter form mark of #154, however the bold infill is still a bit dense. Perhaps we could try a cursive font letter form mark as an alternative.
You could try a similar cursive letter form mark (as a water mark) alternative to #160.
So far we have received some excellent designs, including from yourself and also others... however we have still not found the right type of logo to suit our business... yet!
Taking into account both public and private feedback so far we would love to see you create something WITHOUT LIMITS!! Unleash your creativity to inspire us with your unique concepts and designs.
You can choose ANY COLOUR, ANY STYLE MARK (abstract, letter form, word form, or pictorial), ANYTHING AT ALL that you think will look and feel great for our type of business.
Thanks for your continued efforts, we appreciate you have supplied many designs into the competition so far.
We have always liked the quality of your designs and would like to see you in the top 5 if possible.
Currently we are looking for something simple, but bold. On a white background we are after bold colours that stand out on the page. Consider using a touch of red. Some of the greys, browns and golds have been sitting a bit flat for us.
When creating an abstract design, consider housing, which is our major market.
We also prefer to see the wording in equal size font, and bold similar to #193.
At this stage we are trying move towards a final look and feel. Actually we are a bit confused about how the final 5 stage works - it seems than more than the top 5 designers can continue to submit designs is that right?
Regarding your design #499 - to be honest it's currently not exactly what we are after (nothing to do with the actual design - it's brilliant, just not what we're after). But we want you in the top 5 because we believe you have the design skills to get us where we are trying to go.
We have just looked at some other logo's in our industry and they are simple and bold (this is the reason one of our managers likes #132).
I think #499 is too focused on the image, where we want the emphasis on our name. The name being bold. The design #640 is kind of heading in the right direction, but something is not quite working.
Further to comments above a recent discussion with our managers also suggested to move from the house to a more symbolic roof pitch as achieved by #325 and #341.
Can you also please provide a few various concepts of a word mark only - no abstract mark.
Please use your creativity to choose whatever style and colour... so long as the font is same is similar to existing, and also same size font for both words. Also we prefer both words on the same line (unless there is a compelling case otherwise).
Thanks again looking forward to receiving your work.
Hi sorry this is our first time using LT and we're just trying to work it out...
Perhaps you can advise us? Currently you and Ayik are our top 2. There are two others we wanted to give a chance to enter top 5 so we temporarily moved you to number 6. You will definitely remain in our top 5 however - is this allowed? I can't track down any detailed rules or guidelines.
Anyhow I will keep you in the top 5 going forward now.
Please refer to the comments above for our recent recommendations - thanks again and look forward to hearing from you.
in the top 5 you can put the designer you want, when you want, no rules that say you can only stand 5 designers, you can go swapping positions as best as for you.
I was surprised we didn't receive any updates from you in the past 24hrs?
You have been one of the strongest contenders and we were expecting you would provide some updated designs in line with our recent guidelines...?
Please let me know what is your current status. Currently Ayik is the providing our preferred design.
At this point I don't believe the others are strong enough to provide a viable alternative. However in terms of design skill I believe you are the only other person in the top 5 capable to provide a strong enough alternative.
We would love to see anything you would like to put forward. I think you would have a good idea about what we are after now.
Time is getting short, however I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards
We like #763 the best due to its simplicity and vague reference to housing. However we prefer not to have the two words separated. Can we see a version of this with the pitch at the left hand end of the words.
If possible can we also see a couple of variations on the same theme.
Thanks for your updated designs. They are getting closer in terms of simplicity of the design.
Our preference is to have the abstract mark to the left of the text, with an emphasis on the wording itself.
Your recent designs are getting closer to what we are after. We can see that you have excellent designs skills it's just that we haven't quite got the right design just yet.
I have a request that I would like to try out in one logo. With the first letters of each word only can we try making them larger in size (approx double) and written in cursive text.
With the abstract mark, rather than a pointed pyramid shape, can we try a stepped pyramid with a flat top.

Further to the recent changes in logo #792 would it be possible to see the triangle at the beginning in a slightly different format. We are wanting to see a similar shape but rather than straight up and down, the line up is in steps, and the line down from the top is also in steps. Overall it retains the shape of a triangle/ pyramid/ rooftop, but it uses steps rather than a straight line up and down....
Thanks for the updates! I find this design quite interesting...
It's getting closer. I have found another diagram which may help it is similar to a sign/ icon for steps - see here http://www.clker.com/clipart-6422.html
Basically we want to see a 3 steps up, and 3 steps down, joined at the top. So the complete image is similar shape to a pyramid or roof top.
FYI this design concept incorporates the fact that we sell stairs too.
Thanks for your continued effort through this competition. We appreciate the time and effort you have invested.
At this stage we have selected Ayik as the winner, with yourself a close second. Through the whole competition you and Ayik we're the only two designers that could really understand us, and respond effectively to our design concept requests.
If you are interested I would be happy to recommend you on your LinkedIn profile.
ok, been a pleasure to work for you, here I am for everything you need. I leave my linkedin profile. I will remove my designs and will leave one for you and get points positions here in LT.
