How about a lighter line weight on the graphic? Also, perhaps the graphic could be a tiny bit closer to the wordmark?

Here are my first entries for your consideration.
I have kept the designs clean and simple.
My first entry shows a Juniper Berry and leaf in the form of a letter J. And the second entry goes a little further by adding another leaf and berry to show an abstract humkan figure with raised arms to help represent succesful therapy.
I hope you may like the designs and I will be happy to make any revisions you request.
