I like the font as it gives it a luxury upscale look to it. I cant quite make out the lion (symbol) in the shield. Could try maybe doing a lion design touching the shield and somesort of real estate icon in the shield.

Lion means "praise" so if the lion could be looking up... that would be a plus. Also I love the red hot bold look to it. It makes it pop... I will be using this design on open house signs the most and need to make sure that people can make out the name and its engraved into their heads that the logo and mean the same.

I LOVE IT! My favorite so far is #48. Could I take a look at #48 but have it showing a line underneath the font like #32?

Also, can I see a design showing #48, but with the font slightly larger?

If you were driving by and saw an open house sign with design #58 what would come to mind?

Could you inlarge the font on #58 like #59?

#61 has four lines, could you just have it show 2 lines?

How much bigger can you make #62 as it looks smaller (shrunk)

We can only submit size of 350x280. This can be resized for street signs etc.

The 350x280 isnt that too small? If I post it on open house signs and yard signs... and if I streched the logo wouldnt that stress the pixals of the logo.

So far I like #63, I like the position of the lines, the shield, and i like the colors. In looking at the logo more frequently I noticed that it somewhat resembles a sad face. Can you manipulate it to make it look a tad more like a house rather then a face?

Do you know what that symbols is called on #95? i also like #90, #92, and #93.

Can you make akey facing down inside teh shield over the house icon?

I like #96, but seems smaller than #104. Yet, is it possible to see what #96 would look like with the 3d look like #113 around the shield?

I also like other logos like #100...
