JP MaddenLogo Design Contest

Please remove slogan for now

Thanks for the submissions.
1) We need the JP on the left side of Madden just like everyone is doing. However we also would like to see a stacked logo for our real estate sign. So JP on the top and just Madden underneath it with no slogan.

2) Our current colors are red, gray. We would like to see a full color background of a royal or very dark blue, just like Sotheby's real estate company. We would also like to see some in the same blue that is at JPBrookshomes.com. I would really anticipate us going to a dark blue and white signs logos.

3) We also want the font super easy to read from far distances. So the letters have to be clear, big/bold, but sophisticated. Similar to Coldwell Banker Burnett https://www.coldwellbankerhomes.com/minnesota/

4) Lets remove the slogan from the contest for now.

5) No houses, windows, buildings in the design. Just clean/simple lettering
