A few points:

- I don't think we need to over-do the idea of having a "roof/home" in the logo. It's too predictable. We're happy to have simplified initials accompanying the logo so it doesn't necessarily have to be pictorial

- I would like to see options without the initials as well, i.e. just "Joseph Homes"

By no means are we looking to copy these, but this is what we're up against in the property sector. They all have clear identities, which is what we want.

- There shouldn't be divisive lines between "Joseph" and "Homes"

- It doesn't work justifying "Joseph" above "Homes" as the prominence needs to be equal

- We can have "JH" above "Joseph Homes"

- The font should be classy, elegant but also modern/cool
