Really like 36, the ladies in the office especially. On #43, can you make the grey part of the logo K even with the blue top, and pull in the hook on the logo "J" to look more like the hook on #35 or #36, or even the type-style hook of #42.

#82 The hook of the J is very overwhelming, It needs to look more like the text J next to it. or like the J in your #35.
