Hi there, please find my first designs attached. I've kept it simple, friendly and warm. I've used a signature font as requested and placed it at an angle to add a freindly appeal to it. I've used warming blue and red colors. On the J of your name I've simply incorporated a roof shape into your signature to create a really nice visual flow of what you offer.
