I like the look and simplicity of this. Could you try #311 and/or #309 with a capitalized N? The lowercase N seems to indicate that the N is less than the J or the R and it needs to be equal to them.
Thank you. I think I prefer #325. I'm not sure if I prefer it over some of the other ones where the JNR is embedded in a colored ball or something like that but we'll see how it goes.
We've made it to the Top 5. I really like the style of the JNR that you are showing in #324 and #325. I think that I like the idea of the background in #324 but it doesn't cover enough of hte JNR text and it could be difficult to read. I like the JNR in #325 but it feels a little bit too feminine for what we are looking for.
One option would be to make the JNR in #325 a little more bold and another idea would be to expand the blue backdrop on #324 so the JNR is more encompassed. On #324, you could also try changing it to a circle but I'm not sure that would really fit well.
In the end, we are looking for something where we can have a stylized logo but where we can also decouple a portion of it as just a graphic. Whether that graphic is a stylized version of JNR or it is a picture of something is yet to be determined and your help in tweaking on this would be greatly appreciated.
