I noticed you mentioned you were looking for something unique and artistic, with the letters "J" and "N" incorporated into the design. So, building on that, I have incorporated both letters in a creative, unique, and subtle manner.
The flame is in the shape of an "N"...and the vein of the leaf is in the shape of a "J"...all subtle, but there.
I've included a tag line that serves as a great example of how one will look with this design. Feel free to let me know if you have another that you would like me to place there instead.
Each logo source file is 100% vector, so they'll scale well to any size, and work well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed.

P.S.: I used the leaf and flame to help your business express that it is not just a catering only company. Use of a leaf expresses that you are also involved in wholesale production, and that you are involved with fresh ingredients. The flame helps your Clients remember that you are also a food and cooking company. And with today's Clients focused on organic, fresh food, the use of a leaf will help Clients associate fresh food with your name.
Interesting... beautiful, and creative. I can see that you crafted this logo and that makes it special. Ultimately im not sure it catches my personality and what I am trying to communicate in a glance. I am not sure that I can 100% even describe it to anyone. In relation to your design maybe a little more masculine, a little more obvious, even though subtle is beautiful in its own way just for being so. The tag line is very nice also, ill ponder this design overnight.. Thank You!
