JLR GEARLogo Design Contest

I looked at a few of your other projects. You've done some nice work, but I still think you're missing what we need. This is a better logo--but font and colors still seem dated. The gear is cool--but we don't actually sell "gears" per say, so it's a little misleading. You don't have to give up on it, but it could be less literal. I like:

Not in love with the colors or font. Not sure I like the circle. It's okay--not amazing. Your other logos (some of them) are super cool.
