in the brief, you mentioned not using yellow. Please confirm if the direction is different now.

Hi,

What we mean is that because of the name being similar to Italian word for Yellow we want the logo not to reflect yellow if possible. We are not sure if Yellow would be the correct main color for the logo but feel free to experiment if its just yellow and still works for us it really doesnt matter.

The reason to the for some strange reasoning of this is because Yellow for us is hard to print on some materials and or to use in a broader marketing. So we are trying to swing you artists in the direction of not just Yellow try different colors as well with the same layout if possible.

mplusc has a good point, If you would like use to not go in the direction of yellow then use the ranking system correctly...

The design (font, icon etc.) of the logo is more important than the color there for the ranking is correct.

To help you guys out I can let you in on some of our secrets is that there is no direkt phonebill for the subscription there is no credit check on the person to see if he or she can pay for the subscription and there is no long term jail-agreement to be a customer and use our subscription .... there is more to come.

To make this clear once and for all, I am my self a hard working IT-guy and I know how unsatisfying it can be to try to make some one else to like what you do. There for I dont want you to work hours and hours for something that we dont want of course.
