It must be serious. Nothing fun.
Corporate with an 'old world' feel.
When Client see it they should feel an 'Empire'.
Nothing silly. Nothing dramatic.

The design is two fold:
Left side - Shield design
Right side - text JGM Enterprises Inc.

Right Side:
Text in red on line - "JGM Enterprises"
Text under in sliver/grey - "Inc."
Inc should be smaller
Should be a fading line ------ Inc. -------- on either side

Left Side:
It should be a shield with initials 'JGM' within the shield.

- The letters in White - "JGM"
- Shield is Red
- Should be a 3 pixel buffer around shield followed by a silver/grey outline
- Shield should not look squat and fat

Here is where the design becomes interesting - on top of the Initials "JGM" should be a 'stylized rook"
Just the looking for the top of a rook.
