Everytime I see the top element it reminds me of some charity. United Way I think?

Change the color from blue to a deep purple. I like this design.

The music note is a good idea, but it is too prominent. I'm afraid it will infer we only/mainly do entertainment law.

I am putting this in "not interested" solely because I like your other idea of using the J inside the Scales. The design is still good.

Absolutely brilliant using the J for the Scales.

The only incorporation of music I want is if there is a way to incorporate some element of Prince. This would be more appropriate for a DJ than a lawyer. But, if I decide to continue my DJ business, I'm absolutely going to come back here and request you bring this one back!
