We would like to design a logo for a recurring Open House event in a specific neighborhood (Forest Creek Estates) in the Dallas suburb of Plano TX. This logo would be used on directional Open House signs (so will need to look good enlarged) , print invitations, flyers, direct mail postcards, websites, facebook ads etc The current neighborhood logo incorporates trees, a creek and script font. This logo needs to convey that this is a special invitation only open house for residents in the neighborhood
