Jeger Captial is a real estate capital fund. We directly invest in appreciating assets through real estate. This allows people to invest in real estate buy purchasing blocks in the fund; each block yields a 6% return.

Black, White, Grey

I chose to call my real estate fund, Jeger Capital not only because Jeger is my last name, but because Jeger means hunter in German. And that is what we are, that is the identity of the company. We are pack hunters with a thirst for cash flow in real estate, strategically out there looking and hunting for the next deal. Therefore, the best logo that represents the company is either a grey wolf or an orca. Both these animals are the best pack hunters in the world, one on land and the other in the sea. They strategically hunt as a pack and feast together in their triumphs. That is exactly who we are at Jeger Captial. We are in this together, putting our capital together, hunting for the next deal and making our money work for us through real estate.
