Since these townhouses will be built in the area with lots of trees, ponds and green spaces (beautiful nature) could you have some designs to highlight all or some of these factors possibly. Pls check out my comments for streetview of siteplan. Also you can see similar samples that I picked up in the contest attachment.

No problem, I will give you the oval drsign too. I have designed both for you.

#83 & #100 could make the outer gold circle thicker.

Also make the outer circle bigger

#185 and #186 with thicker outline...if you need more thickness, do let me know

This thickness is good... could make the logo bigger without changing the font size... I want to see some space between name and outer circle...

please keep the font for #186 and make the logo bigger as you did for #187

Great.. I am going to need following format:
1 X EPS
1 X JPG - 1000 X 800 pixels
1 X JPG - 500 X 400 pixels
1 X JPG - 350 X 280 pixels
1 X color PNG
1 X high resolution color JPG

Also, as you know we are going to use these logos in the website, brochures, banners, billboards and etc., so pls provide me with all necessary files.
