Once again, all the arts (music, dance, theater & art) need to be represented in your design & in a period appropriate style. This design thankfully removed the trombones but we have samba drums which aren't appropriate for the period either. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #25 Withdrawn No trombones. Where are the other arts represented? Where is there any reference to Regency England? Author's timeline per my specifications is 1775-1817. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #26 Withdrawn I don't think trombones were yet invented in the early 1800s. Also where are the other arts represented. Please reread the specifications. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #23 Withdrawn Where there trombones in the early 19th century? Maybe think chamber music for appropriate instruments. Also where are the other arts like theater, dance & art represented? 6 years ago sforgue commented on #22 Withdrawn If I didn't have a convention theme, I'd really like this a lot for the energy in it. But I do & this is too modern looking. I like this so much, I won't reject this outright even though it doesn't match the specifications given to the designers. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #18 Withdrawn love purple but not sure guitar is the appropriate instrument for Regency England. Again, no microphones or electronic instruments in 18-19th century England & where are the other arts like theater, art & dance??? 6 years ago sforgue commented on #15 Withdrawn no microphones or electronic keyboards in the 18th - 19th century. Can you find a background that encompasses all the arts? 6 years ago sforgue commented on #16 Withdrawn no microphones or electronic keyboards in the 18th-19th century. Can you find a background that encompasses all the arts? 6 years ago sforgue commented on #17 Withdrawn no microphones or electric keyboards in the 18th - 19th century. Now you've added music but still need the other arts. 6 years ago tatax commented on #16 Withdrawn Please check 6 years ago tatax commented on #15 Withdrawn Please check 6 years ago sforgue commented on #12 Withdrawn Like others better & need to include the convention theme in the logo. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #8 Withdrawn Need to find a way to include the convention theme of the arts. Like the use of color. JASNA needs to be capitalized. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #11 Withdrawn Where is the convention theme of the celebration of the arts? Need to include music, dance, theater & art along with literature. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #13 Withdrawn Like that you're adding color but maybe not black background. Where is the convention theme of the arts? All you show is literature & need to include music, art, theater etc. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #4 Withdrawn You're missing the convention theme. This could almost be used for any annual conference held. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #6 Withdrawn Another possibility to develop but still no reference to the convention theme - art & performing arts 6 years ago sforgue commented on #7 Withdrawn Still not reflecting the theme of the Austen convention - arts & performing arts 6 years ago sforgue commented on #3 Withdrawn Good start but totally missing the arts theme of the convention. 6 years ago tatax commented on #3 Withdrawn Please feedback :) 6 years ago
