I like the bigger font because of lot of us are older - including one of the judges. Our last question, I hope, is that we want to put this logo on a glass tumbler. If not black, can we also get this in a clear background when we get to it in 2021? All of us think this logo is gorgeous. 6 years ago light commented on #69 Withdrawn Hi Sue, Please review new change for "Annual General Meeting" with larger text. #77 Thank you Best regards, Marsel 6 years ago light commented on #69 Withdrawn Hi Sue, Please review new change for "Annual General Meeting" with Bolder font #74, #75, #76 Thank you Kind regards, Marsel 6 years ago light commented on #58 Withdrawn Hi Sue, these are the variations. I change the left side building with Willis Tower #69, #70, #71, #72, #73 More feedback are welcome Thank you 6 years ago light commented on #58 Withdrawn Hi Sue, I will submit the revision :) 6 years ago sforgue commented on #57 Withdrawn These two have fallen down in ranking because it was felt we have an Easter egg shaped logo with Easter egg colors. Your other designs were much more sophisticated. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #58 Withdrawn Hi Marsel, One more request from the fellow judges. We here in Chicago have some iconic architecture. It would be nice to include the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) on the left side of Austen & the John Hancock Bldg on her right side. 6 years ago light commented on #68 Withdrawn thank you :) if you have another change please let me know 6 years ago sforgue commented on #67 Withdrawn Love the periwinkle blue but I think the ombre gives it verve & energy. Compared to those, these are flat. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #68 Withdrawn OOH, love this purplish blue! 6 years ago sforgue commented on #65 Withdrawn Another possibility for the tote bag 6 years ago sforgue commented on #63 Withdrawn A possibility for the tote bag. I like that it's bluer than the other one. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #62 Withdrawn Sorry, doesn't work for me. 6 years ago light commented on #57 Withdrawn Hi Sue, please review new color variations #61, #62, #63, this one for black tote bag #64, #65, #66 More feedback are welcome :) Thank you 6 years ago sforgue commented on #55 Withdrawn Well, orange isn't my favorite color so I'm getting a negative reaction but will bow to my compatriots. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #57 Withdrawn I like this too! 6 years ago sforgue commented on #58 Withdrawn interesting!!! Let's see what my blue lady thinks about this. If the tote bags are going to be black, I think this would be excellent. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #59 Withdrawn needs more blue than silver or try shades of light & dark blie 6 years ago light commented on #49 Withdrawn I little bit confuse about the blue silver combo. Is it like this #58, #59? thank you 6 years ago light commented on #49 Withdrawn Dear Sue, please review the new color variations #55, #56, #57, #58, #59 more feedback are welcome :) Thank you Kind regards, Marsel 6 years ago light commented on #49 Withdrawn I will submit the color variations. Yes, after the contest ends, you can direct contact me via email. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #49 Withdrawn Marsel, there are 3 of us judging & one's favorite color is blue. Can we try an ombre on this in blue shades or blue-silver? Also can we work with you after the contest ends? 6 years ago light commented on #50 Withdrawn Thank you :) if you want to change something please let me know. Best regards, Marsel 6 years ago light commented on #51 Withdrawn You're welcome :) 6 years ago sforgue commented on #51 Withdrawn Like this one too. Thanks for putting ideas to consider. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #50 Withdrawn Ooh, like the ombre effect!!! 6 years ago sforgue commented on #49 Withdrawn Like it & the color a lot! Color will depend on what the tote bags will be. All other backgrounds should be white. 6 years ago light commented on #42 Withdrawn Hi sforgue, these are the change #49, #50, #51 if you have any particular color you like to see, please let me know. Thank you so much Marsel 6 years ago sforgue commented on #42 Withdrawn Much, much better!!! You just need to find a place for "art" to be represented in the logo. Might have to put the comedy-tragedy masks together so you can insert something for art. Maybe a palette with 2 dripping paintbrushes & it's the paint that forms the upper scroll work??? Also, if you want to play around with multi-color logo, we're ok with that too. The light yellow version doesn't have the same impact as this one does. The burgundy is the same color as our national website, so some difference could be welcomed. Good job Marsel. 6 years ago light commented on #21 Withdrawn Yes it is part of piano keyboard :) The image are hands, I'm sorry I didn't clearly describe it. thank you 6 years ago light commented on #10 Withdrawn Hello sforgue, thank you so much for your guidance. these are the change. #42, #43 I am so sorry for the delay Thank you Best regards, Marsel 6 years ago sforgue commented on #10 Withdrawn I am in agreement that this logo is the best so far, but I would like to see performing arts featured as this is a major part of Chicago culture. And consider the Regency here as well, perhaps? 6 years ago sforgue commented on #10 Withdrawn Marsel, if you need more thoughts, theater can be represented by tragedy-comedy masks which I thought could be at top & bottom. Music can be staff with notes in scrolling around the cityscape or in place of current scrollwork. Art can use a palette & paintbrush at the sides of your logo. Dance, the obvious theme would be ballet slippers but didn't have a thought where to place. Just thought I'd give you the obvious symbolism but you're the creative force so feel free to come up with your own take. 6 years ago sforgue commented on #10 Withdrawn Hi Marsel, If you read the descriptive material I provided, you will see references to art, music & theater (dance was part of the opera back then). So yes, please be inclusive of all arts 6 years ago sforgue commented on #21 Withdrawn I think that's a keyboard at the bottom??? What's the other stuff at the bottom, antlers?? So not appropriate. 6 years ago light commented on #10 Withdrawn Hi sforgue, thank you for your feedback. is it like this? #19, #20, #21 can you explain me about the "arts" means from your last comment. Is it like painting or performing art? Thank you so much for your answer. Thank you Best regards, Marsel 6 years ago sforgue commented on #10 Withdrawn Can you work the arts into the design? Perhaps in the scrollwork? 6 years ago sforgue commented on #9 Withdrawn Can you work the arts into this logo? Perhaps in the scrollwork? 6 years ago
