I like very much the quill pen being part of Austen's silhouette but no representation of the convention theme on the arts. This logo could be used for Cleveland or Butte Montana with just changing the year & town. What makes this special for Chicago in 2021?

This is better than your other logo on representing the period but there's absolutely no representation of the convention theme - the arts.
